Refunds and Returns
All the designs made by Tailored Tiaras are available as either silver or gold plated, with a choice of bead colours to compliment with your colour theme of your wedding. To discuss your requirements further or to enquire of our bespoke design service, please telephone us.
To place an order simply fill in the following ORDER FORM and return it to us via e-mail or post. Alternatively please email or telephone us with your details.
We will require payment within 14 days of your order to progress it further. Upon receipt of your payment your order will be confirmed via email or telephone.
We make every effort to ensure a delivery time of 14-21 working days upon receipt of payment, but should your deadline be tighter than that then please let us know.
All prices stated on this site include postage (recorded delivery) and packaging for products dispatched from Tailored Tiaras. If you are not available to sign for your tiara it will be held at your local sorting office for 7 days after which time it will be returned to Tailored Tiaras. If guaranteed next day delivery is required an additional fee (dependent on courier fees at the time of dispatch) will be applicable - please telephone for more details.
